Activity Terms

G & T Events Ltd trading as Future Survival treats the Health and Safety of all participants as a priority. As with any sport/leisure activity, there are hazards associated with laser tag. It is important for the safety of everyone taking part that each participant is acquainted with those hazards and individually takes all relevant action to minimize those hazards as much as possible.

I understand that:

Laser tag/air soft is physically and mentally intense and may require extreme exertion to play.

The possibility of injury to myself and others exists.

The playing area has varying terrain and may be slippery and have many trip hazards.

We cannot control the terrain of offsite activities and you must be aware of your own surrounding.

No physical contact is allowed between participants.

Any participants who are clearly affected by drinks or drugs will not be allowed to participate.

Cars are parked in the car park at the owners’ own risk.

Future Survival will not accept responsibility for valuables lost or damaged at any Future Survival venues.

All children must have a guardian on-site at all times.

Those participating in laser tage must be age 5 years + Children under 7 will require a full paying adult to play alongside them.

Those participating in airsoft must be at least 12 years of age.

I confirm and agree that:

I am physically fit and mentally able to take the strain and exertion involved in playing Laser tag/Airsoft.

I have no medical condition that would prevent me from playing.

I have no pre-existing medical conditions that may be aggravated by participating in Laser tag/Airsoft (This would include high blood pressure, epilepsy, back problems, neck problems, any heart condition, or pregnancy).

Please make the game manager aware if you use an inhaler or any other medical aid.

I am fully aware of the risk to myself, and others involved in playing Laser tag or Airsoft.

I will comply with the rules and use all equipment as instructed as not to injury other participants or equipment.

I will obey all instructions from the game manager/site marshals.

I will pay any charges incurred before leaving the site this includes any lost or damaged equipment.

I also agree to pay any administration charges, which might occur because of credit card payments being declined.

If wanting to participate in shock games I do so at my own risk and confirm I do not use internal medical equipment, such as pacemakers, and that I’m over the age of 18.

Photos and videos will take place and may be used for promotion both printed and digital by us and or on 3rd party booking/selling sites.

Booking Terms

Group / Parties Bookings

Deposits:

• Deposit required at time of booking: 50% of total cost required.
• Full balance due 8 days prior to booking.

Cancellation policy:

• More than 2 weeks notice: £50 administration fee applies for cancellations; remainder of deposit will be refunded.
• 1-2 weeks notice: £100.00 administration fee applies for cancellation; remainder of deposit will be refunded.
• Less than 1 week: The full deposit will be retained.

Decrease in numbers attending:

• Final numbers must be confirmed 8 days prior to the booking date.
• Less than 1 week – 2 days notice prior to booking date: If the number of attendees decreases during this period the full deposit will be retained, and the full balance is due for the remaining attendees.
• Less than 2 days notice prior to booking date: Full payment required and deposit retained.

Sole Use Bookings

Deposits:

• Deposit required at time of booking: 50% of total cost required.
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Full balance due 8 days prior to booking.

Cancellation policy:

• 2 weeks notice: Booking date can be rescheduled, £100 fee applies.
• Less than 2 weeks notice: Full payment required & unable to reschedule.

Standard Bookings:

Payment:

• Full payment required at time of booking.

Cancellations Policy:

• More than 7 days notice: Your booking can be rescheduled without additional fees.
• Less than 3 hours notice: A 10% administration fee will apply to reschedule the booking.
• Less than 1 day notice: Bookings cannot be rescheduled, and full payment retained. 

Food Choices & Dietary Requirements for Parties:

• Options must be pre-ordered the 7 days before the booking. All dietary requirements can be catered for. If not received before this time a pizza buffet will be given.
